Free use of the Predictia App is included in all plans.

When you subscribe to a usage plan you make payment by credit card but you still have 15 days to withdraw.

We aim to maintain a high technological standard of our devices so as to ensure increasingly accurate monitoring. Whenever a more updated device is released, it is sent free of charge at the next subscription plan renewal.

Devices have a lifetime warranty and are replaced free of charge in case of defects. In case of misuse, tampering, or breakage not dependent on the product Predictia reserves the right to charge a fee at the time of replacement.
The lifetime warranty entitles any device to replacement provided there is a defect due to the product and the user has an active subscription plan.

The usage plan begins when the user receives and activates the device(s) at home and continues for the entire duration of the subscribed plan unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 15 days.

Predictia is available only on usage plans to enable continuous monitoring and to provide its customers with the best in terms of technological devices. Additionally, only through continuous monitoring can potential health trends be identified.

The cost of your plan can decrease in 2 ways: by introducing a friend who will allow you to get a free month's subscription, or by subscribing to long-term plans when they become available.

The minimum period of 12 months unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 15 days

Upgrading to a higher plan is always allowed.
