1. What is included in my subscription plan?

In each subscription plan, related devices are included free of charge: the CheckUp plan includes the smartband while the CheckUp Pro plan includes both the smartband and the Impedance Scale.

2. How does the trial period work?

When you subscribe to a subscription plan you make payment by credit card but there are 15 days to withdraw.

3. What happens if I want to withdraw during the trial period?

In this case, simply notify Support@predictia.life by email, which will take up the request and send instructions for returning the device(s) that were sent. In case the devices will not be returned or if returned will not be in good condition Predictia reserves the right to proceed with their charge at the fofectary cost of: Smartband 60€, Scales 100€.

4. What happens when a new generation of devices is released?

We aim to maintain a high technological standard of our devices so as to ensure increasingly accurate monitoring. Whenever a more updated device is released, it is sent free of charge at the next subscription plan renewal.

5. What warranty do the devices have?

The devices have a lifetime warranty and are replaced free of charge in case of defects. In case of misuse, tampering or breakage not dependent on the product Predictia reserves the right to charge a fee upon replacement.

6. How does device warranty work?

The lifetime warranty entitles any device to replacement as long as there is a defect due to the product and the user has an active subscription plan.

7. When does my subscription plan start?

The subscription plan begins the moment the user receives home and activates the device(s) and continues for the duration of the subscribed plan unless withdrawal is exercised within 15 days.

8. Why is Predictia only available with subscription plans?

Predictia is available only on Subscription Plans to enable continuous monitoring and to be able to always provide its customers with the best in technology devices. Furthermore, only through continuity of monitoring can any health trends be intercepted.

9. What is the minimum period of a Predictia subscription plan?

he minimum subscription period of Predictia is 12 months unless the right of withdrawal is exercised within 15 days

10. If I subscribe to a CheckUp subscription, can I later upgrade to a higher plan?

Transition to a higher floor is always allowed.

11. How are personal data and privacy handled?

Predictia ensures maximum protection of users' personal data by using advanced security protocols for data collection, storage, and processing. The information collected is used only to improve the user experience and is not shared with third parties.

12. What to do if the device loses connection?

If your device loses connection reconnect it by following the instructions in the app. Make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on and the Predictia device is charged. If the problem persists, put the device on charge for a couple of hours and try connecting it again. Often if the device loses the connection it is because it is discharged and does not have the ability to send the charge level to the cell phone so that on the cell phone the charge level comes up with an inaccurate figure. Also count if you are using the latest version of the App. In case of difficulty, contact Predictia's technical service.

13. Why don't I see the updated data in the app?

Data may not update if the device is not properly synchronized with the app, is out of range, or unloaded. Make sure your device is connected and synchronized regularly.

14. How is data handled when the device is not used for long periods?

The device to an internal memory that records about 30 days of data that are transmitted whenever you connect with the All. If the device is not used for long periods, the uncollected data will not affect the current analyses, but it will be recommended to resume measurements to keep health monitoring up to date. Data that are too old are not considered in evaluations to ensure the accuracy of results.

15. How can I customize the app's notifications?

1. How often do you take measurements and why are they sometimes not taken?

Measurements are taken automatically with varying frequency depending on the parameter being monitored and the device settings.
Heart rate variability: every hour
Heart rate: every 5 minutes
Blood pressure: every hour

All measurements, however, are taken only if the wristband is worn correctly and there are no conditions that could cause a bad measurement, in which case the system does not proceed with the measurement.
In addition, measurements may not take place if the device is disconnected, unloaded, or if the user does not have the appropriate device associated with their subscription plan.

2. How to wear the bracelet?

The device should be worn securely on the wrist, making sure the sensor is in contact with the skin. It is important to adjust the strap so that it is not too tight to avoid irritation, but snug enough to ensure constant contact with the skin for accurate measurements.

3. How to wash the bracelet?

To clean the device, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals.
The device is waterproof and can also be washed under running water. Make sure the device is completely dry before reusing it.

4. When does the system send alarms to the user?

Alarms are generated when one or more vital parameters deviate significantly and persistently from normal. If values are only slightly out of normal, the system advises monitoring but does not trigger an urgent alarm. Alarms are not generated if data are incomplete or if there are not enough consecutive measurements outside the normal range.

5. Steps: why can they be different from mobile or other?

Steps detected by the device may differ from those recorded by the cell phone or other devices because of different sensor calculation methods and sensitivity. Each device uses different algorithms to detect and count steps, which can lead to discrepancies, especially if the device is not worn properly.

6. When do you measure pressure and why do you sometimes not measure it?

Blood pressure is detected only when the device is correctly positioned. If the device is unloaded, disconnected, or unable to detect signals correctly due to incorrect positioning or because the user is moving or otherwise there are no prerequisites to have a correct measurement, the measurement may not be taken.

7. Why can data vary from one measurement to another?

In addition, even small differences in environmental conditions can affect the data.
